Nano: The Project Team

All qomenius Nano modules have in common that the contents get directly related to the team's reality and to its specific work context – throughout the whole conversation and by the team itself. Participants reflect, discuss and practice in the light their own work situation. The contents do not remain abstract, they become easily understandable, vivid, directly usable and immediately relevant.

All Nano modules are designed to provide a dense, intense and highly involving learning experience. The careful design of our modules ensures that the time spent together virtually "flies by." All modules are set up to lead to  shared insights, and to bring about immediate changes in the way the team works together. An enjoyable experience and better mutual understanding among team members included.

In Nano, teams work through the content with plenty of methodological guidance, but without a coach or trainer being present: Content and didactics are prepared in such a way that conversations and interactions work without any need for external support or facilitation. Teams thus learn entirely unobserved during the sessions. They can fully concentrate on themselves, the content, and on their personal and professional interaction.

Once a team has gone through its first joint Nano session, it will set its own follow-up dates itself. Learning groups are free to agree on the time, and the session intervals that best suit them. This is particularly helpful for multinational, multi-location teams that operate in different time zones.

After each session, participants receive a PDF document via email that contains the reflections, ideas, and work results they developed during the session. In addition, in-depth, topic-related references to books, articles, podcasts and videos are provided after each session.
