People are
the solution
And learning is the key to limitless development of potential
qomenius develops scalable, digital learning infrastructures for institutions and organizations that create learning within and among small groups of learners. Our solution is available in three shapes:
as a technological infrastructure (through licensing), as a tailor-made full-service offering (combining the platform, services and content design) and as powerful, fast-deployment solutions for team development (qomenius Nano) and organizational change (qomenius Ninety).

Our roots
Our roots lie in the areas of Learning & Development, organizational science, software development, business administration and organizational learning.
The qomenius approach to scalable, small-group discourse learning was created by Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging of Red42 in 2018. During the COVID pandemic, in 2020, this approach to learning was transferred into the realm of the digital, and a software platform created. In 2022, we started an internationally commercialized license model with the fitting portfolio of services. Between 2024 and 2026, we expanded our business models well beyond the realm of strictly organizational topics – well into professional qualifications, and the social sector. Our focus is on partnering with institutions, on servicing corporate clients, and promoting professional learning.
Welcome to the world of qomenius!
We are convinced...
01
... that human potential is infinite - and that this potential can be tapped into with great learning technology.
02
... that algorithms are never neutral, but that they always have an effect on their users - and on the systems that surround them.
03
... that the need for education is huge in societies and organizations alike - and that the world urgently needs highly scalable systems that can facilitate learning.
04
... that most #EdTech is still in its infancy - and that the EdTech space needs plenty of innovation, but also a great deal of progress, if it wants to transcends individual learning and impact teams and institutions.
