Our roots
Our roots lie in the areas of Learning& Development, organizational science, software development, business administration and organizational learning.
The qomenius approach to scalable, small-group discourse learning was first developed by Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging of Red42 in 2018, then transferred into the realm of the digital in 2020 and expanded to an internationally commercialized license model and service offering in 2022. Between 2024 and 2026, we have expanded our offerings well beyond the realm of organizational topics – into professional qualifications, and the social sector, Our focus is on partnering with institutions, servicing with corporate clients, and promoting professional learning.
