In qomenius Nano, small groups of learners meet for 90-minute online sessions, every 7 to 14 days. During every session, the group works through a new, exciting package of content and interventions. Four such 90-minute online sessions form a “Nano" or "Nano cycle”.
Topics
Every single Nano session is content-rich and fun! Every Nano cycle consists of four individual sessions that cover essential topics for team effectiveness. All topics discussed are fundamental to team performance and to development within the team that sticks.
Groups

Learning groups in Nano are always small - they consist of no less than four and no more than six participants. If the team in question consists of more than six people, then two Nano groups can be formed that work together and that can come together for a concluding "team coaching" session." Throughout the whole Nano cycle, fruitful discussion, rich exchange and insights are guaranteed.
